As part of the UK and Ireland regional team, this individual will be responsible for all related Network Development activities for dealerships in this area. Those activities include recruitment, establishment, performance management and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships. This role requires focus on implementing and managing market strategy by completing all necessary dealer recruiting and establishment documentation requirements, evaluation and reporting of dealer metrics and data, and in-store brand compliance reviews.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Execute and support the Grenadier Network and Sales strategy
  2. Develop, evolve, and manage close working relationships with dealership staff and field teams
  3. Research, identify and build relationships with potential new dealer Sales & Service and Service Only partners in key market areas
  4. Establish business model and ways of working with dealer partners to achieve relevant KPIs through training, coaching and benchmarking, challenge the status quo to obtain dealer operational excellence
  5. Provide support to the Head of Network Development on market data, market intelligence, dealer performance coaching, and dealer sentiment
  6. Audit dealers for compliance with Grenadier processes and standards and create action plans as part of the performance management practice

What we are looking for:

  1. Experience working within Automotive industries, specifically with Retailers/Dealerships
  2. Detail oriented, ability to process data analysis, and good judgment
  3. Previous experience within Automotive product launch or start up desirable
  4. Proven history working in an international business environment
  5. Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience segment
  6. Relationship building and communication skills
  7. Able to travel within the UK/Ireland
