Job summary

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join its internal IT infrastructure team. In this hybrid role, you will support and enhance LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, manage Cisco Meraki and Fortinet environments, and provide 3rd line support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience and knowledge in network design and troubleshooting, along with ITIL understanding.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Meraki SD-WAN, Fortinet Firewalls

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, and network monitoring (SolarWinds, Nagios)

High-level troubleshooting and network design skills

Proactive mindset, strong documentation and communication skills

ITIL knowledge and understanding of security/compliance best practices
