Job Title: NetSuite Systems Administrator

Our SaaS NetSuite client is seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to optimise their systems and take ownership of their broader technology landscape. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customisation, and process improvements. You will act as the primary liaison for system vendors and oversee the systems roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports.
2. Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including saved searches and reports.
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
4. Ensure best practices are applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and business processes.
6. Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap.
8. Communicate with third-party vendors effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of NetSuite experience.
• Strong knowledge of core financials (O2C, P2P, R2C).
• Understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM).
• Experience with saved searches, customization, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong integration and automation skills.
• Experience delivering a project roadmap/pipeline.
• Experience working in a global organization and across different finance functions.
• Continuous improvement and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
