Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an ERP Developer (NetSuite & SQL) for a hybrid London role. You will develop, customise NetSuite ERP solutions and build scalable integrations across the organisation.

The position requires NetSuite development experience, strong SQL skills, and effective stakeholder management to drive ERP projects. The role combines hands-on development with ERP delivery in a collaborative tech team.

Qualifications

• IT/computer-related degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and customising NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Strong SQL skills with data manipulation, reporting, and DB management.
• Project management experience and ability to deliver projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk or other NetSuite tools.
• ERP or broader business systems experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and maintain NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Design and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, reports, and data extraction.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security practices.
