About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a NetSuite Developerto be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll take the lead in supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) within NetSuite.

Your focus will be on resolving current issues, improving warehouse workflows, and making sure the system runs as efficiently as possible. You’ll also play a key part in connecting warehouse operations with finance, helping to build a more seamless and integrated system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WMS Support & Enhancement
    • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues to ensure system stability.
    • Optimise scripts, workflows, and configurations to support warehouse operations.
    • Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify pain points and deliver improvements.
    • Ensure compatibility with hardware (scanners, printers, handhelds) and provide training as needed.
  • System Integration
    • Ensure accurate data flow between WMS and NetSuite modules, including finance.
    • Support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., BigCommerce) via Celigo.
    • Collaborate with the Systems Accountant to maintain data consistency and reporting.
  • System Optimisation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance scalability.
    • Drive best practice implementation across warehouse operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with IT, warehouse, and finance teams.
    • Provide technical documentation and regular updates.

About you:

You’re an experienced NetSuite Developer with a solid grasp of WMS and warehouse operations. You're confident working with SuiteScript, integrations like Celigo, and understand how to build solutions that work with real-world hardware. You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to communicate technical ideas clearly.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with NetSuite WMS and warehouse operations
  • Proficient in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), workflows, saved searches, and custom configurations
  • Integration experience with Celigo and familiarity with BigCommerce
  • Hardware-aware: scanners, printers, handhelds, and their system dependencies
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
