NetSuite Data Migration Lead – Leading Technology Client

We are partnering with a leading technology client who require an experienced NetSuite Data Migration Lead for a 12-month project starting from the end of February. This role will manage a large-scale migration of data from legacy systems to NetSuite across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and cleanse legacy data to meet NetSuite standards.
• Lead data cleansing efforts and coordinate with teams.
• Create data flow maps for all data objects.
• Identify Master Data owners by region and establish a data governance framework.
• Coordinate data sourcing from legacy systems and map to NetSuite formats.
• Develop or modify tools for data transformation and ETL processes.
• Oversee migration of master and transactional data to NetSuite.
• Load data into NetSuite and implement archival solutions for historical data.

Experience:

• Strong understanding of NetSuite data structure and integrations and specific experience of loading to NetSuite One World.
• Proven experience leading large-scale and multi-country Data Migrations on ERP programs.
• Fluent understanding of Finance data requirements, e.g. for fixed assets and inventory.
• Prior finance or accounting background and qualified accountant qualifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and escalation skills.
