We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent with NetSuite experience to join a footwear company on a temporary basis.
You will work with their commercial and customer support team to update customer orders in NetSuite and track them on Excel, ensuring all sales orders from US customers are entered and managed efficiently and accurately.
Since this role involves dealing with US customers, the working hours will be from 11 am to 7 pm.
This is a fully remote role; laptops will be provided.
