Job Description:

• Work in the best team for the best in the business!
• The role requires working with colleagues and independently to prepare NetSuite demonstration accounts to meet prospect requirements.
• Meet prospects on-site or remotely.
• Demonstrate how NetSuite can satisfy prospect requirements.
• Assess necessary NetSuite modules and estimate Professional Services effort.
• Conduct workshops to identify business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Document system implementation proposals as Business Requirements Documents.
• Communicate and agree on project plans with stakeholders.
• Implement solutions, including client meetings, configuration, data transfer, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide user support via phone, email, remote sharing, and on-site visits.
• Prepare training and support materials.
• Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Have sufficient knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a business environment, including:
• At least 3 years' experience with business management software.
• At least 2 years' experience with NetSuite.
• At least 1 year of experience enhancing business processes with NetSuite.
