Job Description:

• Work in a dynamic team environment with a leading company in the industry.
• The role involves working with colleagues and independently to prepare NetSuite demonstration accounts tailored to prospect requirements.
• Meet prospects onsite or remotely to demonstrate how NetSuite can meet their needs.
• Assess required NetSuite modules and estimate Professional Services efforts.
• Conduct workshops to identify customer business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Document system implementation proposals as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate project plans with stakeholders for system implementations.
• Implement configurations, manage client meetings, and ensure successful user acceptance testing leading to project sign-off.
• Provide support via phone, email, remote sharing, and onsite visits.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and support documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Have a good understanding of standard accounting practices.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a business environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with business management software.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically with NetSuite.
• At least 1 year of experience enhancing business processes using NetSuite.
