Job Description:

• Work in the best team for the best in the business!
• The role will require the post-holder to work sometimes with colleagues and sometimes independently, to prepare suitable NetSuite demonstration accounts to illustrate how prospect requirements can be met.
• Meet prospects onsite or remotely.
• Demonstrate how the NetSuite system could satisfy prospect requirements.
• Assess which NetSuite modules are needed and estimate Professional Services effort.
• Conduct workshops to identify customer business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Document implementation proposals as Business Requirements Documents.
• Propose and agree on project plans with stakeholders.
• Implement solutions, including client meetings, configuration, data transfer, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide support via phone, email, remote, and onsite visits.
• Prepare training and support materials.
• Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Require sufficient knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a business environment, including:
• At least 3 years using business management software,
• At least 2 years using NetSuite,
• And at least 1 year enhancing business processes with NetSuite.
