Job Description:

• Work in the best team for the best in the business!
• The role requires working both independently and with colleagues to prepare NetSuite demonstration accounts to meet prospect requirements.
• Meet prospects on-site or remotely.
• Demonstrate how NetSuite can meet prospect needs.
• Assess suitable NetSuite modules and estimate Professional Services effort.
• Conduct workshops to identify customer business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Document implementation proposals as Business Requirements Documents.
• Propose, communicate, and agree on project plans with stakeholders.
• Implement solutions, including client site meetings, configuring NetSuite, managing change orders, data transfer, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide support via phone, email, remote sharing, and on-site.
• Prepare training and support materials.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Have sufficient knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• At least 4 years' experience in a business environment.
• At least 3 years' experience with business management software.
• At least 2 years' experience using NetSuite.
• At least 1 year of experience enhancing at least one business process with NetSuite.
