Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications for a growing nationwide business.

The role focuses on 2nd/3rd line support, system optimisation and working with Finance, HR and IT to deliver improvements and a scalable technology roadmap.

The role emphasises governance, data quality and scalable, secure solutions while maintaining SLAs and delivering user guidance and training when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture

My client is a growing, nationwide business looking for an NetSuite Admin to take ownership of their NetSuite platform and wider business applications.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on with NetSuite, working closely with stakeholders and finding ways to improve systems and processes.

The role

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and other connected business applications, while playing a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the NetSuite platform.

You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external technology partners to troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements and help shape the future technology roadmap.
