What you’ll do

Oracle NetSuite is reinventing engagement with our growing customer base. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a cloud-based subscription service for ERP solution support, driving continuous improvement and value.

• Work with customers to address high-priority gaps
• Evaluate and test client business processes, IT controls, and identify risks
• Architect solutions for complex requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with our Technical Services team
• Identify security and risk management issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Research and advise on tax matters
• Define functional requirements and design for testing automations and integrations to NetSuite
• Customize and consult on financial reporting (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flows)
• Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and intercompany account management
• Review deliverables from team members for quality

Skills and Qualifications needed:

• Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles
• Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software Services
• Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions
• Creativity and ability to develop and present new ideas and solutions
