What you’ll do

Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued customers. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a cloud-based subscription service—our first to qualify as cloud Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)—that offers functional and technical ERP solution support to drive continuous improvement and value.

• Work with customers to remediate high-priority gaps.
• Evaluate and test client business processes, IT controls, and identify areas of risk for management.
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with our Technical Services team.
• Apply current knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security, risk management issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Research and consult on various tax matters.
• Define detailed functional requirements and design for the TS team to test automations and integrations to NetSuite.
• Customize and consult on financial reporting to enhance understanding (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements).
• Provide general ledger account analysis, reconciliation, bank statements, and intercompany accounts.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.

Skills and Qualifications needed:

• Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles.
• Experience in one of these vertical markets: Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software Services.
• Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Confirmed creativity, with the ability to develop and present new ideas and approaches.
