EDF UK is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager - NetOps to drive the delivery of network operations initiatives across multiple business units. The role involves coordinating priorities, removing blockers and ensuring secure, reliable services in a federated environment.

You’ll join on a starting salary of £65,440 per year with potential for a bonus. The role offers hybrid working and location flexibility to balance collaboration and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Delivery leadership across federated teams and complex environments.
• Strong agile coaching capabilities with SAFe practices.
• Experience planning and managing PI, sprint ceremonies and roadmaps.
• Ability to transition solutions to operations and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of NetOps initiatives across multiple units.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, backlogs and capacity to balance demand.
• Coordinate external partner delivery, manage risks and governance.
• Support transition of solutions into operational support for stability.
