Job summary

- Proven delivery leadership across federated teams and complex environments.
- Strong agile coaching with SAFe practices.
- Experience with PI Planning, Sprint management, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of NetOps initiatives across business units.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and PI Planning.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, backlogs and capacity to balance demand.
- Coordinate with external partners and manage risks and dependencies.
- Transition solutions to operations for long-term stability.
