Rugby School Netball Coach Positions

Rugby School is seeking to appoint Netball coaches on casual hours. Netball is a prominent sport at Rugby School, with over 300 girls participating annually, aged 13 to 18. The school competes in national cup competitions and supports 20 teams throughout the year, with regular after-school training sessions.

We are looking for coaches to join our netball coaching team, working with all age groups to maintain participation and support our A teams in county and regional competitions. Experienced coaches will also have the opportunity to work with pathway players on their individual development programs.

Our department offers the successful candidate the chance to work alongside highly experienced staff, with opportunities for ongoing training in sports coaching, match analysis, research, and athlete development through our connections with professional sports organizations.

The coaching hours are flexible from October to June, primarily after 16:30 from October to December and April to June, with daytime hours (Tues/Thurs/Sat) available from January to March. Salary depends on qualifications and experience. Candidates must hold at least a Level 2 sports coaching qualification and have experience working with young athletes in a netball coaching environment.
