You will join a dynamic, cross-functional group comprising .NET, web (React/Vue), and Android specialists. We are currently seeking a .NET SW Engineer to strengthen our team. Operating across multiple locations, our team is based in London, Bristol, Sofia, Berlin, and Kyiv, offering opportunities to work on both partner and customer-facing web and back-end development.

Your role will be crucial in promoting communication and collaboration. You will work closely with product owners, delivery managers, UX designers, and both client and server-side engineers. Together, you will brainstorm and implement new features, improve existing ones, enhance performance, streamline platforms, and develop robust, scalable server-side logic for our applications serving a large customer base.

Our team works within the Agile - SCRUM framework, emphasizing flexibility, continuous improvement, and high-impact collaboration. We regularly conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, which are essential to our project management and innovation processes.

Qualifications and skills:

• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks for full-stack and back-end development.
• Experience with integration, unit, and system testing.
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, etc.
• Strong skills in continuous integration tools and practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and isolated components.
• Experience in building and using RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of enterprise tools and CI systems for .NET.
• Proactive sharing and seeking of information.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Attention to detail and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of efficient and readable code design.
