About this Position
We are seeking a Net Revenue Manager to join Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) in our Commercial Excellence team. You will play a key role in delivering the commercial plan, optimizing how our brands are brought to market and tailored to channels to unlock growth and new distribution.

This role is within a dynamic and evolving function, offering significant influence over performance and processes. We leverage data and facts to develop best-in-class processes and tools for business optimization, requiring both technical and soft skills.

What you'll do

  • Support the development of our Net Revenue Management strategy to enhance sales and profit
  • Create P&Ls and business cases, communicating complex ideas clearly
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build profitable growth plans
  • Co-lead the development and implementation of the Perfect Portfolio agenda with category management
  • Enhance NRM reporting for business diagnostics and actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of global and local NRM tools
  • Utilize commercial acumen and various data sources to support business decisions
