The Details

As a Software Engineer within our hyper-scale engineering platform, handling thousands of requests per second, you will work in a cross-functional agile team to ensure high quality and innovative technology solutions. You will share your expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to our fast-paced environment.

With approximately 5,000 new products launched weekly, there is significant opportunity to develop capabilities that enhance our colleagues' efficiency and decision-making, ultimately delivering a better shopping experience for our fashion-forward customers.

Our development approach emphasizes pair programming, TDD, and Continuous Delivery.

This role is part of our Software Engineering Flexible Sales Channels team.

What Our Day Looks Like:

Collaborate within an enthusiastic, motivated agile team to deliver high-quality software into production.
Follow a test-first approach from requirements to code.
Continuously improve our codebase and technology stack, playing a key role in the team.
Write high-quality code to support company growth and enhance the effectiveness of our buying and merchandising teams.
Participate in Tech Days, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster learning and innovation.
Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the culture.

About You

Experience with software delivery in an iterative, continuous deployment environment that delivers value frequently.
Experience integrating with third-party services.

It would be great if you have experience in building applications with:
