.Net Developer – GDS, OOAD, .Net Core, RESTful

Up to £420 per day (Outside IR35)

Primarily Remote (Must be UK based, eligible for BPSS Clearance)

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy requiring a C# .Net Developer with experience in .Net Core, RESTful web services, microservices, and Azure Containerised environments to join a business-critical GDS programme for a high-profile client.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a C# .Net Developer with knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) environment
2. Strong knowledge and practical use of .Net Core and RESTful web services (API)
3. Recent experience developing microservice-based solutions
4. Experience with object-oriented design patterns (OOAD) and design principles (KISS/SOLID)
5. Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres
6. Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and related frameworks
7. Strong knowledge of version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
8. Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
9. Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
10. Proven experience delivering within SAFe programmes
