Job summary

Kallidus in Bristol is seeking a .NET developer to join an Agile team, building and maintaining our SaaS learning and talent platform. You will write clean code, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with product, UX and QA to deliver robust software.

You should have strong C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server experience, and a passion for quality, security and scalable solutions. The role offers a hybrid work setup with 2-3 days in the office and opportunities for growth within a people-first

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of .NET, C# and HTML5/CSS3.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• An academic qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to learning, HR, or workforce analytics domains.
• Prior experience in a scale-up or SaaS product company.

Reporting to: Director Of Software Development

Location: Bristol - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

The Role:

We are looking for a .NET developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will join one of our Agile development teams, reporting to the Team Lead, to work on our existing product suite, configure existing systems, and provide user support.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
