Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking multiple C# .NET Developers to join a leading energy trading firm's engineering team in the United Kingdom. You will work on greenfield projects, modernising trading applications with .NET Core 8+, C#, Azure Event-Driven Architecture and distributed systems.

You will contribute across the full SDLC, collaborating with experienced engineers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software using Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# and .NET Core with recent hands-on development.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile engineering practices.
• Experience building distributed or event-driven applications.
• Experience in Financial Services or complex enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance greenfield C#/.NET Core applications.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs for trading platforms.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in an Agile setup.
