We’re recruiting for a .NET C Sharp Software Developer to join our application support and development team. The ideal candidate will contribute towards current EUC’s upgrade, add features, solve bugs, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality software to our customers.

As a Systems Development & Support Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for development and support activities, focusing on analyzing system and process workflows, testing, and providing technical assistance.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering medium-sized, maintainable features and solutions, resolving end-to-end issues with various approaches
• Conducting code reviews emphasizing functionality, maintainability, and security
• Contributing to deployment, monitoring, and operations strategies for resilient systems
• Participating in team events and initiatives for continuous improvement
• Engaging in all project and service lifecycle stages, liaising with third parties and internal teams
• Ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs and user requirements
• Championing Continual Service Improvement to enhance provided services

Qualifications:

• ITIL Service Management or equivalent
• Strong C# skills with SQL experience
• VBA (MS Access and Excel)
• .NET Framework, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Retail Investments and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodology and CI/CD
• Collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and learn
