Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate support staff.
• Good communication and teamwork with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 7-day-a-week housekeeping cover for the neonatal unit.
• Supervise the Nursery Support Worker team and coordinate with facilities and estates.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and cleanliness standards.
• Plan and manage workload, attend training, and contribute to quality assurance.
