Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) is seeking Band 5 Neonatal Transitional Care Nurses to join the Transitional Care Service across Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and City Hospital, Nottingham. The role offers development opportunities within a large teaching hospital with family-centred care.

Shaping a new service, you will work to provide high-quality neonatal care, gaining experience across two campuses and benefiting from dedicated training and mentorship within NUH.

Competenze

• NMC Registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse)
• Experience in neonatal care (further training will be provided)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Competent in giving IV medications
• Competent, or willing to gain competence, to take peripheral blood samples
• Experience of supervising non-registered staff
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centred care
• Excel in prioritising and delegating workload
• Able to manage a caseload of patients
• Motivated
