Job summary
Are you an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Nurse ready to take on a new challenge in Neonatal care? Now is the perfect time to join our supportive and dynamic Neonatal Unit at UHS. We are offering trainee positions for Nurses who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of premature and unwell new-borns. As a Band 5 Trainee Neonatal Nurse, you will receive the training, support, and development needed to become Qualified in Specialty (QIS), building the knowledge and confidence to deliver high-quality, family-centred care. This is a fantastic development opportunity to start or transition into a neonatal nursing career. As a trainee, you will benefit from a full induction programme and a structured preceptorship, supported by our dedicated Education Team. You'll work alongside skilled neonatal nurses and neonatologists in delivering care across special care, high dependency, and intensive care settings.
