A leading company in property management offers a full-time temporary role aimed at delivering exceptional services to residents in London. The position involves collaboration with various teams to resolve issues and improve service standards, providing a resident-first approach.
We offer hybrid working with four days in the office and one day working from home.
1) Deliver outstanding services to residents living in council-owned/managed properties, fostering a resident-first approach, and acting as the single point of contact for matters related to tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and communal estate issues.
2) Provide a coordinated, joined-up service by collaborating with other teams, including representing tenants/leaseholders when concerns arise regarding service standards such as repairs within properties or communal areas.
3) Develop close working relationships with key teams and services such as caretaking, income, repairs, and social services, adopting a holistic approach to resolving residents' issues.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
