The role

Our client, a leading housing association, is seeking a proactive and community-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer. You will play a vital role in ensuring neighbourhoods are safe, clean, and thriving. Responsibilities include supporting vulnerable tenants, managing anti-social behaviour, investigating tenancy breaches, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement neighbourhood plans and local offers
  2. Conduct estate inspections and address fire safety issues
  3. Support community facilities and events with residents' groups
  4. Coordinate with local partners on safety and ASB issues
  5. Work with internal departments on neighbourhood services
  6. Support tenants in breach or requiring assistance
  7. Handle viewings, sign-ups, and tenancy assignments
  8. Represent the organization in court proceedings
  9. Perform property condition checks and assist during major incidents or decanting
Candidate Requirements
  • Basic DBS clearance
