We are seeking a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our Leatherhead office.

You will be assigned a neighbourhood in Surrey, working with the local community and supporting the wider team in delivering services across Surrey.

Your role involves working collaboratively with residents and external agencies to keep estates clean and safe, and to identify, plan, and implement improvements.

You will support vulnerable customers and address anti-social behaviour.

This is a hybrid role based at our Leatherhead office. You will be expected to work from the office for meetings and training regularly.

You must be able to travel across Surrey, so access to a vehicle is required.
