What We Are Looking For

• A full UK driver’s licence is essential; access to a vehicle is highly desirable.
• A detailed understanding of housing issues, policies, and procedures, including Regulatory Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
• An understanding of current social housing issues and their impact on our customers’ lives.
• Flexibility to meet travel requirements, including remote working or from any of our offices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, mediation, and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and external partners, working effectively as part of a team.
• Proven administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and in-house systems, with the ability to interpret data, plan workloads, adapt to priorities, and meet deadlines.

Desirable but Not Essential

• A housing-related qualification.
• Experience working in the housing sector.
