Overview

We are looking to recruit somebody who is customer focused, enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service to all our customers. The post will involve engaging with the local community, stakeholders and ward members to develop and implement plans that reflect the priorities and needs of local communities. You will also be required to promote and implement effective community based partnership work to ensure that plans and improvements are developed and delivered in an inclusive manner.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with the local community, stakeholders and ward members to develop and implement plans that reflect the priorities and needs of local communities.
  • Promote and implement effective community based partnership work to ensure that plans and improvements are developed and delivered in an inclusive manner.
  • Be a good communicator with experience in facilitating and chairing meetings and have experience of working in a Neighbourhood Management environment with partners, including voluntary, statutory and the private sector.
  • Demonstrate a community focus with a track record of working with local community groups and local residents to increase resident engagement in a geographical ward area.
