Workstyle: Roaming - a hybrid role combining home working with regular travel to various locations across Cirencester and surrounding villages

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join us as a Neighbourhood and Communities Manager. In this leadership position, you'll lead a team of Neighbourhood coaches, driving positive change and achieving fantastic outcomes for our customers and the business. This role will offer you a chance to balance strategic stakeholder management with day-to-day operations. You will guide and empower your team to deliver outstanding results within our established regulatory and legislative frameworks. You'll be responsible for setting and managing team targets, using your coaching skills to develop and motivate your staff. Your existing relationships skills and experience will be invaluable as you build new connections to help our customers unlock their potential.

Drawing on your experience, you'll anticipate challenges, manage risks proactively, and ensure we maintain our high standards of data protection and system accuracy. Your commitment to our company values and "no-spoon" culture will be crucial as you promote independent problem-solving and and a proactive, self-starting approach.

As a leader, you'll share best practices, prioritise workloads effectively, and work smart to achieve our strategic goals. Your awareness of safeguarding procedures will be essential in identifying and addressing potential risks within our homes and communities.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS and Adult Barred List Check.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of housing and support functions, including customer outcomes, community safety, and property management
  • Experience of building great relationships
  • Experience in coaching and developing colleagues
  • Experience leading a team and managing performance
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
