Job Details

Job Title: NEET and Supported Employment Coach

Hours: 37 hours per week

Reporting to: Programme Manager

Responsible for: Delivery of NEET Prevention programme

Salary range: Starting salary £25k – £28k, depending on experience

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract (extension subject to success)

We have successfully delivered NEET prevention programs across BCP and Dorset Council areas. The post involves working with young people at risk of becoming NEET, coaching them to overcome barriers, set personal goals, and engage with community initiatives.

Additionally, we operate a Supported Employment Project, coaching and employing SEND young people in garden maintenance services for various clients.

We aim to scale these services to increase income and support more young people. The person in this role will help develop and deliver these programs.
