Job summary

Connect2Hackney is recruiting an experienced NEC Business Analyst to drive system optimisation, scoping and multi‑module implementation aligning operational needs with NEC capabilities. You will bridge business, technical and vendor teams, lead discovery, process mapping and user testing across NEC modules.

The role focuses on end-to-end UAT, documentation, and change management to ensure smooth NEC adoption within the London Borough of Hackney.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience configuring the NEC system.
• Background in analyzing, mapping and implementing multiple NEC modules.
• Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements skills.
• End-to-end UAT execution including defect management and test scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and capture detailed NEC requirements.
• Map As-Is/To-Be processes and assess NEC functionality gaps.
• Coordinate module integration and design with vendors and tech leads.
• Develop and manage UAT scripts, defect logging, prioritisation and resolution.
• Create user guides and training materials to support change adoption.
