Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager for a 6-month contract with a local authority, based in Hackney. You will lead end-to-end NEC system implementations, govern complex delivery programmes and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include governance, RAIDD logging, stakeholder engagement and seamless go-live execution. A strong PM background with NEC exposure and public sector experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering NEC system implementations and projects.

• Experience managing multiple NEC modules and complex delivery programmes.
• Proven ability to drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NEC system projects and module implementations.
• Develop and maintain project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate deployment activities from initiation through go-live.
• Oversee UAT, operational readiness and deployment activities.
