Location : We have an opportunity for a NEC Project Manger to join our Customer Field Services Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you? The role is a flexible hybrid arrangement, but your base location will be at our Head Office in Bradford. You will be expected to attend meetings in person as and when required.
Work type: Permanent. Our assets are operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The role is working 37 hours per week Monday to Fridaywithin a window of 8am to 6pm.

New environmental legislation, unprecedented levels of investment and changing expectations from customers means that this is an exciting time to discover opportunities within the water industry. Customer Field Services are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
In April 2025 we will be implementing a new Wastewater Services Agreement (WwSA) which is designed to help support delivery of several of our key AMP8 Performance Commitments, including those relating to both sewer flooding and pollution.
The NEC Project Manager will oversee the Wastewater Services Agreement (WwSA), which is an NEC4 Term Service Contract. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that both the Client (YW) and the Contractor meet their contractual obligations. This role directly supports the YW Strategy of ‘A thriving Yorkshire; Right for customers; Right for the environment’.
