Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Project Managers to join our busy and expanding Bristol Defence Infrastructure business, supporting our clients to deliver a range of construction infrastructure projects and programmes across the South/South West and nationally.

Important: Due to the sensitive nature of these projects, you must be a SOLE UK National who can achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC). See Security Clearance Section.

The role involves managing projects of varying sizes, typically within the £1m to £10m range, and requires experience in Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities, or Highways sectors, with NEC accreditation preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Management Commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
• Support major projects, focusing on specific aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure projects meet client objectives, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist clients in transitioning to Net Zero and enhancing sustainability.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with NEC contracts.
• Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders within NEC frameworks.
• Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety regulations related to NEC contracts.

Qualifications:

• Degree in infrastructure or construction-related field.
• Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc. preferred.

Work Environment
