Job description

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a NEC project manager to help deliver an ongoing project being delivered in Norfolk. My client operates nationwide and delivers schemes across multiple sectors.


Project Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
  2. Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
  3. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  4. Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  5. Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
  6. Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
  7. Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
  8. Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  9. Constantly pursue performance improvement.

Project Manager Requirements:
  1. Right to work in the UK.
  2. CSCS card.
  3. SMSTS.
  4. Strong knowledge of NEC 4 option B.
  5. IT literate.
  6. Proven experience in a NEC project manager's role.
  7. Full UK driving licence.
