Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related disciplines or proven experience in carrying out NEC Project Management duties.
  • Proven experience of a selection of contracts under NEC 3 and/or NEC4 conditions, with varying options.
  • Valid NEC3 or NEC4 qualifications.
  • A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC3 or NEC4 including commercial and budget/ finances management.
  • Experience working in a client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.
  • Engineering competency in DMRB, TSGRD or Manual for Streets.
  • A sound understanding and experience of CDM regulations.
  • Ability to confidently liaise with the clients and contractors.
  • Good client-facing and communication skills.
  • Diligent, proactive with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and practical approach to problem solving.
