Job summary

Grupo Elecnor is seeking a Contract Manager to join the Contract Management team within its Energy Division. You will analyze and manage contracts during bidding and execution, lead negotiations, and ensure terms align with Elecnor's risk profiles.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technical and production teams, clients and suppliers, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and supporting cross-departmental risk assessments and audits. UK travel is required for this role.

Qualifications

More than 5 years of experience in contract management, specifically with NEC contracts.
Industrial/Mechanical/Energy or Civil Engineering background preferred.
Willingness to travel to the UK.
Strong negotiation and risk management experience in project execution.
Fluent in English (C1 level mandatory).

Responsibilities

Analysis and management of contracts during bidding and execution phases.
Lead negotiations and ensure terms align with risk profiles.
Interface with technical, production teams and clients.
Maintain documentation and manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
Monitor contracts, participate in stakeholder meetings, drafting reports, and risk analysis.
Collaborate with Legal, Administration, and Insurance departments.
