Job description

I am currently seeking a Site Manager for a 12-week Railway Arch refurbishment project in central London, with a budget of 250k. The project is scheduled to commence at the end of May 2025 and involves refurbishment works to an existing railway arch near a main line train station, including some external works.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Ability to deliver the project while reporting to a Contract Manager.
2. Experience in trade management, site inductions, permit issuance, toolbox talks, and working to tight deadlines.
3. Ability to influence site health and safety practices, conduct quality assurance, and ensure compliance.
4. Valid site tickets: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. Must hold an in-date NEBOSH qualification.
