Senior Neapolitan Pizza Chef

Looking for:

1. Experience of Neapolitan style dough/pizza making (at least 2 years).
2. Experience using a wood-fired oven.
3. Experience working with Mother / Pasta Madre / Lievito Madre.
4. Speak English and have full eligibility to work in the UK.

Requirements:

• Salary: £13.5 – £15 hourly
