Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NDT Level 2 Technician (FPI / MPI) to join our team on the day shift (Monday - Thursday, 06:00-15:45). This is a permanent, full-time position within a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing aerospace engineering company.

Brief Description of Duties
  • Plan, execute, and record NDT inspections and tests in compliance with international standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Perform NDT tests using Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant methods, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Detect defects and interpret test outcomes accurately.
  • Create NDT Technique cards and compile comprehensive test reports.
  • Participate in Nadcap and customer audits.
  • Conduct control checks, document results, and coordinate calibration of NDT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Nadcap specifications and implement Lean principles to improve processes.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in a Non-Destructive Testing environment with documented experience.
  • Experience with Rolls-Royce NDT procedures is preferred.
  • Valid NDT certification (EN4179) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience as an NDT technician.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in magnetic particle and fluorescent penetrant inspection techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
