A Formula 1 organisation is seeking an NDT Team Leader to lead the NDT team in ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will manage inspections of components, support team development, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of NDT processes and a strong engineering background. Competitive remuneration and excellent facilities are offered.

This amazing permanent role for an NDT Team Leader is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a Formula 1 organisation.
You will be responsible for leading the NDT team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead the team to identify appropriate methods and carry out NDT inspection of both new and in-service components to meet all operational requirements.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, thorough knowledge of NDT processes (UT,PT,MP,ET,RT,CT, & AE) and an NDT Level 2 or 3 PCN or EN4179 accreditation.
We are looking for a natural and experienced people leader, who can develop a cohesive team that performs well under pressure.
You should be a high performing individual with a strong work ethic, and able to remain focused whilst working to strict deadlines.
Effective communication and an attention to detail is important, and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork is essential.
