Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Aerospace/Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Familiar with quality & manufacturing standards and targets.
• Train and coach colleagues to suit business requirements.
• Takes full ownership of their area of responsibility.
• Disciplined and self-motivated with strong teamwork.
• Maintain Level 2 approval in NDT methods.
• Ensure parts conform to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspection operations (DPI and Visual) per procedures.
• Ensure NDT equipment is maintained and suitable for operation.
• Conduct control checks and testing per procedures.
• Interpret test results against defined acceptance standards.
• Generate work instructions for Level 3 approval.
• Manage workflow to meet production requirements.
• Prepare and authorise product test reports.
• Achieve and maintain Level 2 approval in NDT.
• Ensure parts conform to customer specifications and definitions.
• Comply with 5S and EHS requirements.
