Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an NDT Level 2 Technician for its Biggin Hill Service Centre. You will perform NDT testing, maintain PER records and contribute to method development while ensuring compliance with EASA/CAA/FAA expectations.

You will liaise with production, participate in training, and support international Bombardier operations as required. GCSE or equivalent education is expected, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• NDT Level 2 qualification or equivalent as required.
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods and materials testing.
• Proven ability to work to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Practical Experience Record (PER) in accordance with requirements.
• Test and verify the condition of diverse components in the NDT area.
• Write and maintain technique (method) sheets for testing of components.
• Interface with production departments and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Train personnel within the NDT area as needed and attend trainings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and company procedures.
