Job summary

Nuclear Inst seeks an NDT Inspector for Rosyth site to ensure structural integrity in a high‑safety, highly regulated marine/defence environment. You will perform MT/PT/UT inspections, assess welds and components, and contribute to quality records and reports.

Working within a busy dockyard, you will collaborate with QA, welding, and engineering teams, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• PCN Level 2 MT/PT/UT qualifications required.
• Experience in heavy engineering, marine, defence, or nuclear environments.
• Able to obtain and maintain site access authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out NDT inspections across MT/PT/UT methods on complex projects.
• Produce inspection reports and certification documentation.
• Interpret results against specifications and collaborate with QA, welding, and engineering teams.
