Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time NDIS Support Coordinator who is dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in case management within community services such as disability, mental health, or aged care, along with a solid knowledge of the NDIS and local services.

The position is based in Melbourne and requires travel to various locations within the region. A valid driver's license is essential.
