NDIS Business & Client Engagement Manager – Disability Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the Director of Disability & Social Services
  • Key role in Stakeholder Management
  • Drive business growth and services
  • Be the face of disability for new clients
You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Significant previous experience (5 years +) working within the NDIS framework with an in-depth understanding of the pricing guide, understanding of the NDIS regulatory environment including the NDIS Rules, Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
  • Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and effectively networking with stakeholders.
  • NDIS SME provide expertise to support clients and families transitioning into NDIS.
  • Lead and support for effective and robust decision making through business intelligent activities, data collection, contract management, data analysis and reporting.
What you need to bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Disability or Community Services
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
